The nomination process is quick and easy, taking only two minutes to complete, and there are no fees involved. You're welcome to nominate as many individuals as you like!

Subscriptions, registrations, events, training and sponsored content

Metropolis, and its associated brands will use the lawful basis of legitimate interests to use the contact details you have supplied to contact you regarding our publications, events, training, reader research, and other relevant information. We will always give you the option to opt out of our marketing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AWARDS ENTRIES

Entries It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have (written) permission from any owner of the supporting material they are wishing to upload.

This includes:

• literary works such as articles, stories, journals, or computer programs

• pictures and graphics

• blueprints of architecture

• plays and screenplays

• audiovisual recordings such as movies

• sound recordings

• PowerPoint presentations

Judging

Judging is carried out on the information provided within the entry submission.

By submitting an entry, you confirm that we have your permission to share the information provided with our judges for review, and that upon that review the judges’ decision is final.

Unsuitable nominations or entries, for example because they do not meet the criteria, will not be published or entered into the judging process. The organisers reserve the right to move entries to different categories if it is felt these are more appropriate as well as to adapt the category list to better reflect the nature of the entries.

Confirmation

All entries/table/place bookings will be confirmed by email within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your entry/booking, please contact logistics@emap.com. The confirmation email will include a receipt of your payment or a copy of your invoice.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one discount we will apply the higher discount rate. Discounts must be redeemed at time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

Attendee Information

It is the booker's responsibility to ensure they have input the correct information.

Special requirements

A form will be sent for special dietary requirements. Simply complete and return as instructed on the form. This form must be received within 1 week prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and it may not be possible to take care of the specific requirements of any guest.

Lighting and special effects

It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANTS

To be eligible, you must have a maximum of six years of experience in the industry and be 35 or under as of September 2024.

During the evaluation process, the judging panel will assess the entries based on the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
  • Creative flair and ability to disrupt
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strategic vision
  • Outstanding achievements, especially in challenging circumstances
  • Examples of innovative practices
